Role Summary:
The APAC Technical Leader – Wind Services will serve as the primary regional technical authority for CM&U; (Contractual Modifications & Upgrades). With a primary focus on SCADA, software upgrades and cybersecurity solutions, this role is a strategic blend of high-level technical advisory and proactive business development.



You will leverage data-driven insights from the existing installed base to identify growth opportunities, provide critical technical support for SCADA and software upgrades, and act as the principal GEV representative in high-stakes customer engagements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Proactive Chance Identification: Utilize installed base data analytics and frequent customer engagement to identify performance gaps and modernization opportunities, effectively converting technical needs into business pipeline growth.
- Sales Technical Support: Partner with the Sales team to architect compelling CM&U; solutions, with an expert focus on SCADA modernization, software upgrades, Cybersecurity, and fleet optimization.
- Customer Advisory: Serve as a trusted technical advisor, guiding customers through complex technical roadmaps to maximize asset life, production output, reliability and safely operation of their assets including cybersecurity risks.
