Experience
About 1 to 3 years in video, audio, or design. Strong fresh graduates with a good reel or portfolio are welcome to apply.
About the role
We make video, podcasts, blogs, and visual content that carries our name across several brands and platforms. This role is about turning raw inputs like podcasts, videos, interviews, and event material into finished, well-packaged content, and publishing it cleanly across platforms. You will edit and shape video and audio,
clean up transcripts, design visuals that fit our brand, publish pages and posts, and make sure everything that goes out is correct and looks right. You will use AI tools to speed up the routine parts of the work so more time goes to quality. This is a non-technical role focused on content and publishing.
What you will do
• Create and publish content across our brands and platforms, keeping each brand's voice, goals, and visual identity consistent.
• Edit and produce video and podcasts to a high and steady standard, from raw files to a finished piece.
• Trim interviews, clean up audio, balance volume, add intros and outros, and keep transitions smooth, using tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Descript, or Audacity.
• Generate, clean up, and finalize transcripts, and fix grammar, punctuation, speaker names, and clarity so the text reads well.
