SUMMARY DESCRIPTION:

The Specialist – HR Operations plays a pivotal role in delivering a seamless and responsive employee and candidate experience, with a strong emphasis on handling employee inquiries and providing frontline support across HR systems, including Workday. This role ensures timely resolution of system-related issues and supports operational excellence through accurate data entry, integrity, and auditing with a high attention to detail and world-class customer service.
