You will drive planning, execution, and adoption across multiple functions across Sales Company ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery with measurable business value and robust user adoption.

Program Setup & Planning:
- Define scope, objectives, success metrics, and phase plan (prepare → design → build → test → deploy → hypercare).
- Build and manage the integrated project plan, resource model, and schedule.
- Establish governance (steering committee, PMO cadence, logs, change control) and communication plan.
- Align project outcomes with business case and value realization targets.

Business Process & Solution Design
- Orchestrate process discovery and fit-gap sessions; align global vs. local design.
