About the Role:
- Design, develop, and maintain backend services and microservices using Python, Go, and cloud-native technologies.
- Build secure,



scalable systems leveraging AWS services including RDS, DynamoDB, and Kubernetes.
- Integrate software components into robust, production-ready systems with explicit documentation and maintainability.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to team growth through knowledge sharing and technical leadership.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements and deliver impactful solutions.
- Apply test-driven development and CI/CD practices using tools like Git, Jenkins, Terraform, and Docker.
- Solve complex problems creatively, using advanced analytical and debugging techniques.
- Participate in R&D; demos and annual hackathons to showcase innovation and explore new ideas.
