Role Overview:Lead a small team (1–2 engineers) while contributing hands-on development. Implement UI modules from specifications provided by the Module Lead and ensure timely delivery with quality.Key Responsibilities:Develop Qt/C++ GUI modules and custom widgets.Guide 1–2 developers and review their implementation.Implement TCP/UDP,
Serial and hardware interface modules.Debug software issues and optimize performance.Participate in code reviews and integration testing.Maintain project documentation and status updates.Coordinate with Module Lead during implementation.Required Technical Skills:Strong Qt Widgets/QML and Modern C++.Good debugging, OOP, STL and Linux knowledge.Experience with Git, CMake and Qt Creator.Minimum Service Agreement:24 months service for below 3 years’ experience candidates.12 months service for above 3 years’ experience candidates.
