Job Purpose: Provides moderatedesign, full configuration, and full support for complex data,voice, storage, and/or video networks, which will include contactcenter and network security technology. Demonstrates subject matterexpertise in at least one of these disciplines to be able to handlemost design questions and all but the most challenging supportissues in TD SYNNEX's complex global environment, while deliveringexceptional responsiveness, quality and reliability. Makeseffective use of all resources, including support contracts, tosecurely and effectively solve problems, and also providestechnical guidance to more junior engineers. Proactively engageswith vendors and partners to explore ways to further optimize TDSYNNEX services for reliability, performance andefficiency.Responsibilities: Designs,configures, and implements complex regional network solutions toenable new business opportunities, support organic growth andM&A;, and to implement and improve recent application services.Solution components may include departmental switches, enterpriseswitches, routers, firewalls, VPN gateways, IP telephony, IVR,Automated CAll Distribution (ACD), SD-WAN appliances, WANaccelerators, Load balancers, and other network technologies.(55%) Provides full operational support forglobal and regional network services that provide customer accessto revenue-generating applications and colleague access to systemsused to run the comapny and support customers, with rare assistancefrom more senior engineers in mission critical and/or extremelycomplex situations. (20%) Ensures work iswell-organized, and provides ongoing task tracking to ensureproject deadlines are met (10%) Mentors anddevelops more junior engineers (10%) Updatesdocumentation with new findings(5%) Knowledge,Skills andExperience: 5to 8 Years of relevant workexperience. Master's / Postgraduate Degree withNetwork Engineering or Related Field of Studypreferred. Bachelor's Degree with NetworkEngineering or Related field of studyrequired. Other Education / Certifications: -Cisco Certified Dev Net Professional, Cisco Certified NetworkProfessional (CCNP) Security, CCNP Collaboration w/2+concentrations,



F5 (or other load balancer) Certified TechnicalSpecialist, Knowledge related to state of the art tools andtechniques to reduce network latency and optimize networkperformance Able to execute instructions and torequest clarification when needed.
