3. Basic reporting and Excel skills
4. Training and mentoring experience
Roles and Responsibilities :
1. Manage and lead a team in international voice process
2. Monitor team performance and ensure KPIs/SLA targets are met
3. Handle customer escalations and provide resolution
4. Conduct regular team reviews, feedback, and coaching sessions
5. Coordinate with internal stakeholders for smooth operations
6. Drive productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction
Location :

CTC Range :
3 Lpa – 7.5 Lpa
