Your main responsibilities are

Strategic Engagement
- Develop and maintain high level account plans for assigned priority customers - in collaboration with line manager and team leads.
- Collaborate with Product teams to provide voice of customer on how Wärtsilä’s products,



roadmap and strategy support Customer’s goals
- Manage customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, acting as the first point of contact towards customers, providing frequent updates and follow-up with customers
- Capture customer needs and offer suitable solutions through service agreements
- Drive account specific growth initiatives and identifying and acting on opportunities for additional up-sell/cross-sell
- Monitor account health of assigned portfolio – customer lifetime value and margin

Operational Engagement
- Ensure successful onboarding and smooth transition from customer delivery projects to lifecycle contracts (annual, service level, subscription based), actively supporting newly onboarded customers to reduce churn risk
- Act as a liaison between internal teams and customers to ensure customer queries are responded to in a timely manner
- Continuously improve proposal processes
