Requirements
- Experience : 16+yrs
- Strong experience in IT delivery, program management, or account management, with a strong track record of leading enterprise digital transformation initiatives.
- Proven experience managing large-scale, multi-stream digital transformation programs in global delivery environments.
- Strong people leadership experience with the ability to build, mentor, and lead high-performing cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated expertise in executive stakeholder management and client relationship management.
- Strong client-facing experience with the ability to engage CIOs,



business executives, and senior leadership teams.
- Extensive experience in Agile, Scrum, Secure, and traditional program delivery methodologies.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, DevOps, governance frameworks, security, and compliance practices.
- Experience managing multi-vendor engagements, distributed delivery teams, and complex program dependencies.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience managing account P&L;, revenue forecasting, margins, utilization, and financial governance.
- Experience supporting contract negotiations, Statement of Work (SOW) creation, renewals, change requests, and commercial governance.
- Exposure to one or more technology domains including Cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP), Data Engineering & Analytics, AI/Generative AI, Enterprise Applications (SAP, Salesforce, Microsoft, ServiceNow), or Modern Application Development.
