As the Head of RDT for Pharma Medicines India Centre, you assume a critical executive leadership role, serving as the essential Strategic Business Partner to thePharma Medicines Leadership Team. This position is accountable for the performance and results of a vital division within the Sub-Function, directly influencing and shaping the overall Pharma Medicines digital strategy and the new delivery/capability center in Hyderabad. This role will sit on the Pharma Medicines Leadership team. Your strategic mandate is to set up , co-create, define, and drive the current Hyderabad location and teams to deliver the unified global digital strategy, covering all capabilities required to run Pharma medicines RDT unit. This encompasses Pharma Commercial and Pharma Technical Operations.
