Role Overview
Seeking a Senior Manager to lead Marketing Data Science engagements for CPG, Retail, and General Merchandise clients. This role combines strategic consulting, people leadership, marketing analytics, and AI innovation to deliver measurable business impact.
Key Responsibilities
· Lead and develop multiple teams comprising Data Science Managers, Data Scientists, and Analysts (~15+ resources),
· Manage resource planning, team utilization, and Agile delivery processes.
· Ensure effective allocation of team members to Jira stories, sprint commitments, and project priorities.
· Partner with Product, Research, and business stakeholders to solve complex business problems using data and analytics
