Summary:
As an Application Designer, a typical day involves collaborating closely with various stakeholders to understand and define the requirements necessary for application development. This role focuses on designing applications that align with business processes and meet specific application needs. The day often includes analyzing existing workflows, brainstorming design solutions, and ensuring that the application architecture supports the intended functionality and user experience. - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the design process by translating business requirements into technical specifications.
- Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure alignment.
- Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support in application design principles.
- Continuously evaluate and improve application design methodologies to enhance overall project outcomes.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure DevOps.
