Job Responsibilities




- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the local accounts payable team.
- Coordinate and supervise the processing of invoices, purchase orders, expense reports, and payment transactions across multiple clients and projects.
- Develop and implement accounts payable policies and procedures to ensure operational efficiency and compliance.
- Provide leadership, training, and performance evaluations for the accounts payable team.
- Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with both Armanino and client internal controls and company policies.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, providing proactive financial insights and solutions to meet their evolving needs.
- Mentor, coach, and develop a team of professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
