As Director of Consulting, you own client outcomes, portfolio growth, consulting excellence, and talent development. You lead teams that reduce idea-to-outcome cycle time while building trusted client relationships and developing future leaders. Success comes from creating measurable value for clients and translating that value into long-term growth.
What You'll Do at Pega:
Delivery & the One Number
- Drive idea-to-outcome cycle time down across your portfolio, engagement over engagement — shortening the distance from a client idea to a realized result.
- Lead and coach a high-performing team of consulting managers and senior consultants.
- Hold the standard for Blueprint-led delivery as a design authority — advising and assuring and setting the bar our partners deliver at scale.
- Design back from the outcome.
A requirement met is not an outcome delivered — challenge the ask when it will not get the client where they need to go.
Client Engagement & Trusted Advisor
- Earn trusted-advisor status by consistently delivering results, building executive confidence, and demonstrating deep understanding of client priorities.
- Establish executive-level trust and expand relationships across business and technology stakeholders to increase Pega's strategic influence.
- Prevent, don’t just report. Surface risks early and bring clients into the conversation before risks become issues, with transparent, shared ownership of mitigation.
- Partner with global Go-to-Market teams across APAC, EMEA, and Americas to ensure consistent delivery excellence.
Stewarding Value into Growth
