Requirements
- 7.5+ years of experience in Product Design, UX Design, or related disciplines.
- Proven experience leading end-to-end product discovery initiatives and delivering measurable business outcomes.
- Strong product mindset with expertise in product strategy, prioritization, and outcome-driven decision making.
- Hands-on experience with structured product discovery frameworks such as Design Thinking, Double Diamond, Lean UX, or similar methodologies.
- Demonstrated expertise in user research, interaction design, information architecture, visual design, and prototyping.
- Experience designing complex digital products across both B2B and B2C environments.
- Strong portfolio showcasing product discovery, UX strategy, design execution, and business impact.
- Proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools such as Figma and related design platforms.
- Experience working within large-scale, complex organizations with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Strong understanding of design systems and experience contributing to or leveraging design systems effectively.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to confidently defend design decisions.
- Ability to influence senior leadership and effectively navigate ambiguity in quick-paced environments.
- Experience designing for both mobile and web applications.
- Strong collaboration skills working with Product Management, Engineering, Data, and Business teams.
