Role Overview:
Build and scale cloud-native experiences that power workforce planning for thousands of global organizations. This role directly improves forecasting accuracy, system reliability, and user productivity across the Genesys Cloud platform, impacting how businesses plan and manage customer engagement at scale. You will own end-to-end development across microservices and micro-frontends, shaping architecture, performance, and developer experience. At Genesys,
