This role provides both technical and people leadership, ensuring delivery of reliable, scalable, and high-quality software solutions that support product performance, connectivity, and customer value
This leader partners closely with cross-functional teams across systems, Application, firmware, test, quality, product management, and program management to drive execution from concept through launch and ongoing support. The ideal candidate brings strong expertise in embedded systems, hands-on software development in C/C++ and Rust, and experience with embedded communication protocols.

- Lead, coach, and develop a team of software engineers focused on embedded controls development.
