Job Description: HR Executive

Location: Ultadanga and Chinar Park, Kolkata

Industry: Plywood Manufacturing

Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary: ₹20,000–₹25,000 per month (in hand), depending
upon experience and last drawn salary

Experience Required: 2–5 Years

Role Summary

A reputed plywood manufacturing company is looking for a
dedicated and enthusiastic HR Executive to manage day-to-day human resource
activities, employee engagement, recruitment coordination, payroll support,
attendance management, and administrative operations.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent
communication skills, robust interpersonal abilities, and prior experience in
handling HR operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage
end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening,
scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
- Maintain
employee records and HR documentation.
- Monitor
attendance, leave records, and payroll-related activities.
- Coordinate
employee engagement initiatives and welfare programmes.
- Handle




employee grievances and support disciplinary procedures.
- Ensure
compliance with labour laws and company policies.
- Prepare
HR reports and maintain management information systems (MIS).
- Coordinate
with various departments to ensure smooth business operations.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's
degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related
discipline.
- MBA
or PGDM in Human Resources will be preferred.

Required Skills
- Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong
knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Familiarity
with payroll management and labour regulations.
- Ability
to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong
organizational and multitasking abilities.
