Senior Workday Integration Consultant

Role Purpose

This position is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining secure, scalable, and reliable integrations between Workday, payroll providers, finance systems, and third-party applications.
Working closely with HR, Payroll, Finance, IT, and external partners, you will ensure seamless global data flows, support ongoing Workday rollout initiatives, and contribute to the development of future integration standards, architecture,



and best practices that enable operational excellence across the organization.

Role Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain Workday integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, Workday Web Services (WWS), REST/SOAP APIs, and PECI/PICOF technologies to support global business operations.
- Build, configure, and support inbound and outbound integrations between Workday, payroll providers, finance systems, and other enterprise applications, ensuring seamless and reliable data exchange.
- Monitor integration schedules, interfaces, system logs, and exception handling processes to maintain stable and reliable operations with minimal production incidents.
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, data discrepancies, and performance bottlenecks, ensuring timely resolution of incidents and support requests while minimizing business disruption.
