Job Purpose: The Team Lead - Estate Management - Admin manages operations and ensure upkeep of all Estates across locations. To lead planning and execution of all events at Estates with an objective of delivering services of exceptional quality.





Responsibilities
Strategic Roles and Responsibilities:
- Ensures alignment of estate management operations with overall Admin strategy and objectives. Formulates estate management budgets, optimizing costs, and overseeing policy development and regular updates in line with business requirements.

Estate Operations:
- Ensures productive management of estate, F&B; services, horticulture services, and facility maintenance. Manages vendor billings and payment processes, ensuring adherence to processes and policies.

Estate Event Management:
- Ensures planning and execution of events at promoter estates, including vendor management, event design, and budgeting. Coordinates all event-related services including travel, accommodation, and entertainment, ensuring they meet Adani's standards.

Governance and Compliance Management:
- Ensures estate management processes comply with governance protocols
