What will you do?
As a Customer Engineer, you'll be the hands-on technical engine behind how our customers
connect Rocketlane to the rest of their tech stack. Working alongside FDEs, implementation
teams, and Product Managers, you'll spend your time understanding a customer's tools,
platforms, and data, and then building the pipelines and integrations that make everything
talk to each other.





This is a Customer Engineering role where you won't be expected to run enterprise accounts
solo on day one. Instead, you'll join client calls, learn to read a customer's technology
ecosystem quickly, and take ownership of well-scoped engineering work: data models,
integrations, scripts, and connectors. Over time, as your judgment and customer instincts
grow, you'll take on bigger pieces of the deployment and start feeding what you learn in the
field back into the product.

You don't need prior work experience to be great at this role. If your final-year project, a
hackathon build, or a personal side project involved wiring systems together, wrangling
messy data, or building something people actually used — that's exactly the muscle this role
needs. If you love writing code and being close to the customer, and "pure backend
