The Senior SuccessFactors Functional Consultant – Employee Central (Time & Leave) is responsible for the end-to-end functional design, implementation, and delivery of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central solutions with a solid focus on Time Off, Time Tracking, and absence management across multiple locations and regulatory environments.
The role combines deep SuccessFactors EC expertise, strong HR operations knowledge,



and consulting-grade problem-solving capability to deliver scalable, compliant, and user-centric time and attendance solutions that integrate seamlessly with payroll, workforce planning, and HR service delivery models.

Key Responsibilities
Solution Design & Architecture
Lead the functional solution design for SuccessFactors Employee Central with emphasis on:
Time Off (absence types, accruals, entitlements)
Time Tracking (recording methods, day models, time valuation)
Work schedules, holidays, and calendars
Design scalable frameworks that support multi-location and multi-country deployment, balancing local regulatory requirements with a global template.
Translate HR policy, awards, agreements, and operational requirements into clear EC configuration and design artefacts.
