Job Description

Role Purpose

The purpose of this role is to oversee incident management process and define monitoring protocols while ensuring system resilience to manage client expectations and supervise team performance for productive service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the discovery, assessment, and documentation of existing Active Directory, DNS, and PKI systems in preparation for migration.




- Design and implement migration strategies for Active Directory and DNS services to ensure a seamless transition during the divestiture process.
- Plan and execute the deployment and migration of Microsoft Certificate Services or other PKI solutions to support secure communications and identity management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and support for identity management and access control initiatives throughout the divestiture.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to Active Directory, DNS, and PKI systems during and after migration.
- Implement best practices for Active Directory security, including group policies, user permissions, and auditing, ensuring compliance with organizational policies.
- Provide guidance and support related to AWS systems and Entra ID, ensuring integration with the existing identity management infrastructure.
