Job Description:
- Lead end-to-end development of door panel systems,
acting as the primary engineering interface with customers in collaboration with global teams
- Define and develop product designs and manufacturing processes aligned with customer specifications and Group standards
- Ensure technical feasibility, design convergence, and validation through close coordination with customers, suppliers, and cross-functional engineering teams
- Manage and maintain program documentation within Product Data Management (PDM) systems
- Execute development activities in line with organizational protocols and Program Management System (PMS) guidelines
- Lead supplier development activities, including tooling development, process validation, and industrialization readiness
- Coordinate effectively with suppliers and plant teams during product development and launch phases
- Ensure supplier quality assurance for prototypes, tooling, and production processes
- Drive and support APQP activities, including PFMEA, DFMEA, DFM/D
