We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated QA Lead with 6+ years of hands-on testing experience to lead quality assurance activities across multiple applications and projects. The ideal candidate will have solid expertise in API test automation, performance testing, and a solid understanding of Agile delivery, along with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
This role requires a proactive leader who is self-driven, curious, and passionate about solving problems while ensuring high-quality software delivery.





Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end QA activities including test planning, test design, execution, defect management, and sign-off
- Define and implement API test automation strategies using SoapUI
- Design and execute performance and load testing using JMeter
- Mentor and guide QA team members on best practices, tools, and frameworks
- Collaborate closely with developers, product owners, and business stakeholders in an Agile environment
- Participate actively in Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives)
- Ensure timely delivery of testing milestones while maintaining quality standards
- Drive continuous improvement in QA processes, tools, and metrics
- Support integration and regression testing across multiple systems and platforms
- Provide clear testing status, risks, and quality metrics to stakeholders
