- Manage and coordinate communication with key stakeholders including sarpanches, government officials, partner organizations, and field teams to ensure smooth execution of program activities.
- Translate and localize documents, reports, presentations, communication materials, and meeting notes between Telugu (Fluency level: ability to speak, read and write), Kannada and Hindi (Fluency level: ability to speak and understand) and English (proficient)
- Support planning and coordination of meetings, workshops, field activities, and stakeholder engagements, including regular follow-ups and tracking action items.
- Collect, maintain, and analyze program-related data and field inputs to support reporting, decision-making, and program monitoring.
- Assist in drafting communication materials, summaries, reports, and outreach content in Marathi while ensuring timely documentation and information sharing.
- Coordinate internally across teams and externally with stakeholders to ensure effective communication, timely execution of tasks, and smooth operational support for the Sarpanch Samvaad initiative.
