Role Overview The Head of Contracts will lead the entire contracts and procurement function across all projects. This role demands robust leadership, deep commercial understanding, and the ability to drive cost efficiency, vendor management,



and contractual compliance across large-scale developments. Key Responsibilities 1. Contract Strategy & Leadership • Lead and manage end-to-end contracts lifecycle across multiple projects • Review and finalize scope of work, technical specifications, and contract frameworks • Ensure all contracts align with legal, commercial, and organizational standards 2. Tendering & Commercial Management • Oversee floating of enquiries, receipt of quotations, and preparation of comparative statements • Evaluate techno-commercial aspects of bids and recommend optimal vendors • Drive cost optimization strategies through benchmarking and negotiations 3. Vendor Management & Negotiation • Identify, evaluate, and onboard contractors, vendors, and subcontractors • Lead high-value negotiations to achieve cost-effective outcomes • Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and partners 4.
