Job Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled Veeva CRM Technical Lead to lead the implementation, customization, and integration of Veeva CRM solutions. This role requires robust technical expertise in Veeva CRM, Salesforce.com platform, and a deep understanding of the life sciences commercial domain.

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the technical lead for Veeva CRM implementations and enhancement projects.
- Collaborate with business analysts,



functional consultants, and client stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Design, develop, and deploy custom features, integrations, and configurations using Veeva CRM and Salesforce.com platform tools (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, etc.).
- Manage technical deliverables including solution architecture, code review, testing, and deployment.
- Guide and mentor junior developers and offshore teams on Veeva CRM best practices.
- Support data migration and integration efforts using tools like Veeva Network, MuleSoft, Informatica, etc.
- Ensure adherence to compliance, security, and validation requirements specific to the life sciences industry.
- Provide technical leadership during client workshops, UAT sessions, and cutover planning.
