- Independently design and develop sophisticated web solutions using React, ensuring high code and architectural quality.
- Utilise TypeScript and JavaScript to create scalable, maintainable, and robust code.
- Apply contemporary styling techniques to create visually appealing and accessible designs adhering to WCAG standards.
- Create and maintain detailed code documentation that aligns with company standards.
- Provide technical guidance and support to the product and technology team.
- Champion agile best practices and Continuous Delivery to efficiently address the product backlog.
- Mentor and coach peers, fostering a culture of excellence within the engineering community.
- Stay technically aware, identify skills or training needs, and familiarise yourself with emerging web technologies.
- Contribute to planning efforts, providing task estimations and identifying technical or resource dependencies and risks.
- Participate in agile planning and design sessions, contributing to software analysis, design,



and specification tasks.
- Deliver competent and proactive technical support to customers and clients as needed.
- Initiate and support agile process improvements to enhance team productivity and effectiveness.
- Actively participate in the Code Peer Review community to elevate software development quality.
- Attend regular Project Team meetings, communicating key decisions, risks, and issue
- Knowledge, skills, and experience require
- Demonstrable expertise in React, with a profound understanding of front-end technologies including TypeScript, JavaScript, and familiarity with state management libraries such as Redux and Context hooks. [React, Next.js, Express, Node, GraphQL]
