About the Role

We are looking for a Manager – Social Media Strategy to lead the strategic direction and execution of social media for a diverse portfolio of brands. This is an agency-facing role that requires balancing creativity, brand thinking, client management, and performance-driven execution across multiple accounts.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Strategy & Brand Leadership
- Develop and own social media strategies for multiple client brands across industries.
- Build quarterly, monthly, and campaign-based content roadmaps aligned with brand positioning and business objectives.
- Identify platform-specific opportunities to maximize reach, engagement, and audience growth.
- Plan integrated campaigns around product launches, seasonal moments, influencer collaborations, employer branding, and marketing initiatives.

Client Partnership & Account Leadership
- Serve as the strategic social media lead for assigned client accounts.
- Present strategies, content directions, performance reports, and recommendations to clients with confidence.




- Build strong client relationships while managing expectations, timelines, and deliverables.
- Collaborate closely with account management, creative, influencer marketing, performance marketing, and brand teams to ensure integrated campaign execution.

Creative Direction & Content Excellence
- Lead the creative planning process for Reels, short-form videos, carousels, static creatives, LinkedIn content, YouTube Shorts, and platform-native formats.
- Provide transparent briefs and direction to designers, copywriters, video editors, and content creators.
- Review, refine, and approve content before publishing, ensuring consistency in quality, tone, messaging, and visual identity.
- Continuously raise the creative standard across all client accounts.

Team Leadership & Project Management
- Lead and mentor a team of social media executives and strategists.
- Allocate work, review output, and ensure timely delivery across multiple bra
