Position: Controlling and Accounting in Account and Finance
Eligibility
 Bachelor’s degree in commerce (B. Com).
 1–3 years of hands-on experience in Accounts & Finance.
ï‚· Experience in a manufacturing company will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities
ï‚· Handle day-to-day accounting and financial transactions.
ï‚· Prepare and maintain accounting records, ledgers, and reconciliations.
ï‚· Manage tender-related documentation and accounting activities.
ï‚· Prepare segment-wise financial reports and MIS.
ï‚· Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using Power BI.
ï‚· Assist in monthly, quarterly,



and annual financial closing activities.
ï‚· Support budgeting, cost controlling, and financial analysis.
ï‚· Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and statutory requirements.
ï‚· Coordinate with internal departments for financial data and reporting.
Required Skills
 1–3 years of hands-on experience in Accounts & Finance.
ï‚· Good knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
ï‚· Experience in Tender Accounting.
ï‚· Strong knowledge of Power BI for reporting and dashboard creation.
 Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS OƯice.

ï‚· Knowledge of Tally, ERP, or other accounting software is preferred.
ï‚· Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
