What Youâll Do

Lead Qualification & Appointment Setting

â¢Connect with inbound leads generated by our lead gen team, qualify them against our

Ideal Customer Profile, and set discovery/sales meetings with decision-makers

â¢Own the conversion from âleadâ to âqualified appointmentâ

International Client Communication

â¢Engage prospects across US, UK, European, and Middle Eastern markets via email,

LinkedIn, calls, and video meetings

â¢Understand client pain points and position CliXLogixâs capabilities as the right solution

Pipeline Management

â¢Maintain accurate, real-time records of all interactions, follow-ups, and lead status in

Zoho CRM

â¢Ensure zero leads fall through the cracks

Collaboration with Sales & Delivery

â¢Work closely with senior BD leadership and delivery teams to ensure qualified leads are

transitioned smoothly

â¢Ensure proposals are aligned and client expectations are set correctly from the first

touchpoint

Lead Revival & Nurturing





â¢Re-engage dormant and cold leads through targeted follow-up sequences

â¢Identify opportunities to reignite interest in CliXLogixâs services

Requirements

What Weâre Looking For

Must-Have:

â¢1â4 years of experience in Business Development, Inside Sales, or Appointment Setting

within IT Services, Software Development, or Digital Marketing

â¢Demonstrated experience communicating with international clients

(US/UK/Europe/Middle East)

â¢Strong verbal and written English communication â youâll be on calls and writing emails

to C-level and VP-level buyers

â¢Experience with CRM tools (Zoho CRM preferred; HubSpot, Salesforce also acceptable)

â¢Goal-oriented mindset â comfortable working against targets for qualified appointments

set per week/month

Positive-to-Have:

â¢Understanding of software development lifecycle, web/mobile app development, or

digital marketing services
