What You'll Do
Logistics Operations
- Monitor live delivery operations to ensure orders are completed efficiently and on time.
- Support drivers in real time through calls, chat, and internal communication platforms.
- Optimise delivery routes to maximise operational efficiency.
- Proactively resolve delivery issues including delays, routing challenges, and operational escalations.

B2B Customer Support
- Provide prompt and professional chat support to business customers across the UK.
- Resolve operational queries while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
- Escalate complex issues to relevant internal teams including Operations, Inventory, and Finance.
- Ensure timely updates and clear communication throughout the resolution process.

Order Management
- Review and process customer orders accurately.
