Employment Type: Full-time | Senior Leadership. The Role: We're looking for a strategic marketing leader to build and lead our entire marketing function from the ground up. This is a build-the-engine role—not a run-someone-else's-machine role. You will design the marketing operating system, establish processes, build reporting frameworks, and independently drive measurable business outcomes. Candidates of all nationalities are welcome to apply. Key Responsibilities: Marketing Strategy & Operations
- Design and build the complete marketing operating system, including SOPs, dashboards, reporting structures, and performance review cadence.
- Create a single source of truth for lead volume, lead source, channel performance, cost, and conversion metrics.
- Own the primary business KPI: Lead-to-Campus Tour Conversion, focusing on qualified family visits rather than raw lead volume.




- Analyse marketing performance and decide what to scale, optimise, pause, or discontinue based on data.
- Plan, manage, and optimise the marketing budget with continuous ROI analysis.

Digital Marketing & Technology: Take complete ownership and administrative control of all marketing channels, including:
- Google Ads
- Meta Ads
- Website
- CRM
- Telephony Systems
- Chatbot
- WhatsApp
- Offline Marketing Channels

Stay closely involved in digital marketing, SEO, content strategy, social media, and paid advertising, even when specialists or agencies handle execution. Partnerships & Business Development: Build and manage a solid partnership pipeline by identifying and converting opportunities with:
- Corporate organisations
- Residential communities
- Relocation agencies
- Immigration consultants
- Pre-schools
- Real estate developers
- PR agencies
- Other strategic partners
