Short Description

Job Responsibilities

1. Order Booking and Sales support: 60%





1.1 Accurate order Booking in JDE (Oracle database) System

1.2 Provide dispatch clearances based on credit Limit, required delivery dates etc as per the sales input

1.3 Handling customer/ Channel queries like stock status, Lead time, order status etc.

1.4 Co-ordinating with supply chain department for materials delivery/ expedition etc

1.5 Timely closure of supply chain related issues e.g. wrong supply, short Supply, material lost/damaged during transit etc.

2. Internal Supply chain & Vendor Coordination: 20%

2.1 Coordination for Customer trainings to ensure their active participation.

2.2 Lead Time Tool Installation and issue resolving support as per requirements.

2.3 Preparing quotations & PI based on requirements

3. Payment Follow up: 10%

3.1 Timely sharing of AR Aging with respective CPs/DCs

3.2 Weekly reminders to CP/DC AR Aging status and proactive follow up to control the AR overdues.
