Job Description
Responsibilities:
Play a crucial role in overseeing and managing the entire employee lifecycle within the organization, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and offboarding processes.
Support the development and implementation of employee lifecycle strategies in alignment with organizational policies.
Coordinate recruitment and selection processes by assisting in scheduling, documentation, and candidate communication.
Manage onboarding and orientation programs to ensure a smooth transition for new hires into the organization.
