Job Title: Area Sales Executive – MTO

Reporting To: Key Accounts Manager

Position Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Area Sales Executive to drive Modern Trade Retail sales growth and strengthen Yale's market presence across South Based out in Bangalore / Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Modern Trade sales, strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to execute sales plans effectively while ensuring superior in-store visibility and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets within the assigned territory.
- Manage / support the team of current and existing promoters to ensure excellent in-store execution and productivity.
- Develop strong relationships with retail partners and key store personnel.
- Ensure product availability, merchandising, pricing, and brand visibility across all assigned outlets.
- Identify new retail partners (electronics stores) and onboard to expand market coverage.




- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with HO & store buying team to ensure timely replenishment.
- Conduct regular market visits to track competition, pricing, and promotional activities.
- Execute company sales and marketing initiatives to maximize business opportunities.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports, market feedback, and expense statements.
- Resolve MTO concerns promptly while maintaining high service standards.
- Coordinate with the Key Accounts Manager and cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Skills & Competencies:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good negotiation and relationship management abilities.
- Target-driven with a proactive and customer-focused approach.
- Ability to work independently and manage territory efficiently.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Qualifications & Experience:

Graduate in any discipline.
- 3–5 years of experience in Mod
