• Becomes an active member of operational talent solutions account teams within a market, assists with negotiating current client contracts, renewals, extensions and amendments, gaining experience of being point of contact for local Operational Talent Solutions clients. May manage part of a local account.



Applies working knowledge of the business, financials, services and the market(s) of focus
• Conducts research on client industries, competitors, and market trends to provide insights for client meetings in the recruitment of temporary and permanent operational roles staffing solutions
• Conducts client research to identify short-term or medium-term deal opportunities to increase satisfaction and wallet share and remain informed on industry trends in one of the areas of logistics, industrial and skilled trades, supervision and industrial management, call and contact centre, hospitality and events and retail
• Collaborates with clients' hiring managers to understand needs, pain points and objectives, positioning Operational Talent Solutions to address clients' challenges and deliver value by emphasizing quick scalability and cost-effectiveness
• Prepares and conducts presentations, together
