Qualifications & Experience:
- Post-Graduation in Civil/Structure Engineering
- Actively progressing towards professional licensure, such as P.Eng. (Professional Engineer) in the United States
- 10–12 years of relevant experience in the design and delivery of highway and rail bridges, stations, and associated civil and utility structures.
- Extensive experience leading design teams and managing multidiscipline infrastructure projects is highly desirable. Minimum 3 years of working experience on Design & Build Projects in USA.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee the delivery of complex structural design projects for highways, railways,



and associated civil or utility works, ensuring compliance with client and regulatory requirements.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to design teams, reviewing and approving work to ensure quality, constructability, and safety.
- Manage all stages of the design process, from concept development and optioneering through detailed engineering to construction support and project close-out.
- Take primary responsibility for project planning, resource allocation, scheduling, and delivery against programme timelines, budgets, and health & safety objectives.
- Carry out design and production of Structural design, CAD/BIM production and 3D modelling and quantity estimation in D&B; projects with development of alternative technical schemes and detailed design of projects.
- Ability to understand and carry out existing condition survey and prepare reports.
