Your Role.
Your work will include, but not be limited to:
- Act as the primary delivery and people leader for all India-based technology staff, ensuring both efficient and effective delivery quality and fostering staff career growth and development.
- Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performance culture in the India Tech Hub that results in exceptional engagement and retention.
- Monitor team workload and proactively address barriers that impact delivery speed and quality.
- Ensure smooth collaboration and communication between India teams, U.S. counterparts, and functional team leads.
- Support the ongoing growth and evolution of the India Tech Hub, including onboarding of new hires and refinement of delivery processes.
- Champion the “follow-the-sun” delivery model to improve agility, responsiveness,



and client satisfaction.
- Represent the needs and perspectives of India staff in firmwide planning and decision-making.
- Build and manage relationships at various levels across the firm; to gather consensus, to drive alignment, to influence outcomes, and to resolve competing priorities
- Maintains deep technical knowledge and understanding of the latest development methodologies, platforms, and best practices.

The Qualifications.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or MIS, or equivalent knowledge/experience
- 10 years of experience in technology, with significant experience in custom solution delivery.
- 5 years of experience leading teams, with technical knowledge in up-to-date cloud-based platforms, processes, and tools.
- Proven track record of leading solution delivery with modern Agile development practices
- Experience with the product life cycle and strong understanding of the role of SDLC methodology
