We are looking for a Product-Led Growth (PLG) Manager to drive expansion revenue for our B2B product — owning the upsell and cross-sell journeys that turn existing customers into higher-value accounts. This role sits at the intersection of product, growth, and marketing, with growth from within the base as the primary mandate. You will own how customers discover, adopt, and expand into more of the product identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities across the customer lifecycle, removing friction in upgrade paths, and running experiments that move usage and revenue metrics. Skills in product marketing, SEO, ASO, and brand are a robust plus, but the core of this role is PLG and expansion, not top-of-funnel acquisition.

Requirements
Key Requirement:
Product-Led Growth & Expansion (Primary)
- Own upsell and cross-sell journeys for existing B2B customers end-to-end




- Identify expansion opportunities across the customer lifecycle (usage triggers, feature gaps, plan/tier mismatches)
- Design and optimize in-product upgrade paths and prompts
- Reduce friction in plan upgrades, seat expansion, and add-on adoption
- Partner with Sales/CS on account-level expansion motions where PLG intersects with sales-assist

Funnel & Product Analytics
- Analyze usage data to identify expansion-ready accounts and drop-off points in upgrade flows
- Run A/B tests on in-product upsell/cross-sell surfaces
- Track and report on expansion metrics (NRR, upgrade conversion, feature adoption)
- Build cohort-level views of account health and expansion propensity

Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Product, Design, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success
- Translate product capabilities into expansion narratives for existing customers
- Represent the voice of the existing customer in product/roa
