Key Responsibilities
- Review & Oversight
- Lead the onboarding and transition of real estate funds, setting up governance structures, reporting frameworks, and escalation protocols to ensure a smooth handover into steady-state fund administration.
- Provide strategic oversight across fund accounting teams, reviewing complex transactions, valuation adjustments, and lease accounting treatments to ensure alignment with fund governing documents and accounting standards.
- Oversee lease accounting governance, including the recognition of intermediary lessor structures, right-of-use (ROU) assets, and treatment of escalations and recoveries across portfolios.
