Position Title: Operations Manager
Reporting To: Regional Manager
Objective:
Lead and manage end-to-end client and ISP operations within the assigned territory/region by ensuring service excellence, operational efficiency, strong stakeholder relationships, and business growth. Drive performance, compliance, and process improvements while ensuring seamless execution of inspection and valuation activities.
Accountability:
- Manage key client and ISP relationships to ensure service excellence, business retention, and growth.
- Oversee end-to-end inspection and valuation operations while ensuring adherence to TAT, quality standards, and client requirements.
- Lead operational teams, monitor performance, and drive productivity and service delivery targets.
- Handle client and ISP escalations and ensure timely resolution through effective stakeholder coordination.
- Monitor ISP performance, conduct periodic reviews, and ensure compliance with operational standards.
- Drive process improvements, operational efficiency, and continuous service enhancement.




- Support business development initiatives and identify opportunities to grow existing client accounts.
- Review MIS, operational metrics, and business performance to drive informed decision-making and corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, client SOPs, and operational governance standards.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution and smooth day-to-day operations.

Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Engineering (Automobile/Mechanical preferred) or Bache
