Title - Communication Assistant

Job Purpose
To support consistent, clear, and professional communication across the Site Expansion Project by managing communication planning, project branding, written content standards, stakeholder messaging, and internal communication forums.

Key Responsibilities
- Support development and execution of the project communication plan.
- Ensure consistent communication across all project phases and stakeholder groups.
- Maintain and apply the brand and visual style guide for all project-related communication materials.
- Develop and maintain a project terminology glossary to ensure uniform wording and messaging.
- Support creation and rollout of a Crisis Communication Protocol.
- Draft, standardize, and maintain email templates and communication formats.
- Plan and coordinate townhall meetings in person and via Teams, including agendas, invites, minutes, and follow-up actions.
- Serve as editor/coordinator for the bi-monthly project newsletter.
- Review communication content for clarity, tone, consistency,



and alignment with project messaging.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and leadership teams to collect inputs and approvals for communication deliverables.

- Good understanding of international culture

Preferred Qualification / Experience
- Graduate in Mass Communication, English, Journalism, Marketing, or re
