About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Apprentice to join our Human Resources team.
This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates to gain practical experience in HR
,employee engagement, rewards and recognition programs, and general business operations. You will
work alongside experienced professionals, contribute to meaningful initiatives, and develop valuable skills in a
collaborative, fast-paced corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities
● Support employee engagement activities and initiatives, including event planning, communications, and execution
● Assist in designing, implementing,



and managing rewards and recognition programs to foster a positive workplace culture
● Support the organization and execution of internal events, team-building activities, town halls, and celebration programs
● Prepare and maintain dashboards and reports using tools such as Excel, Power BI, or Google Sheets to track HR and operational metrics
● Collect, analyze, and present data on employee engagement, participation rates, and program effectiveness
● Assist with general HR operations tasks, including documentation, record management, and administrative support
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives and special projects
● Research and recommend best practices for employee engagement and recognition programs Required Skills
● Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with ability to interpret data and draw meaningful insights
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability
