Job Description: ServiceNow Consultant – CMDB and Platform Capabilities

IT ServiceNow, you will help mature and scale Vantive’s ServiceNow platform capabilities during the spin-off program and ongoing post-separation operations. The initial focus of this role will be strengthening the Configuration Management Database (CMDB), including data quality, governance, integrations, CSDM alignment, and service-aware mappings. Over time, this consultant should be able to broaden across ServiceNow technologies and related IT process domains, contributing to platform strategy, roadmap execution, operational excellence, and business value realization. This role requires robust technical depth, consultative problem solving, adaptive learning, leadership, and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and third-party service providers.
