About the Project

The Client is implementing a current State-Based Marketplace (SBM) as part of the Senate Bill 972 initiative to transition their health insurance market place from the Federal Platform (SBM-FP) to a fully state-operated marketplace. This project supports the development of a new marketplace platform that will provide electronic access to health insurance enrollment and eligibility services for Oregon residents.

Key Responsibilities
- Review business requirements, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria to ensure testability.
- Develop and maintain Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM).
- Create, execute, and maintain UAT test plans, test cases, test scenarios, and test data.
- Perform manual User Acceptance Testing (UAT)



and document detailed test results.
- Conduct regression, integration, exploratory, accessibility, performance, and security testing.
- Log, track, and validate defects using Jira and participate in defect triage.
- Validate Marketplace eligibility, enrollment, and operational workflows.
- Support integration testing across Marketplace, Medicaid (ONE), APIs, and vendor systems.
- Collaborate with business SMEs, GetInsured, Medicaid teams, and technical teams throughout testing.
- Provide UAT guidance, documentation, training materials, and testing best practices.
- Participate in Agile Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Contribute to release readiness assessments and go/no-go recommendations.
