Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Engineer, Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) to join our Global Security Office. This role will be responsible for the implementation and ongoing optimization of enterprise Identity Governance solutions with a strong focus on SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC). The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in cloud identity technologies, access governance, lifecycle management, and building AI-powered solutions that enhance identity governance capabilities.

This position will play a key role in advancing the organization's identity security strategy through modern cloud-based IAM capabilities,



scalable governance processes, and the development of AI-powered identity governance solutions that improve operational efficiency, strengthen access controls, and provide intelligent insights across the identity ecosystem.
Responsibilities – Technical Leadership & Solution Delivery
- Lead the design, implementation, and support of enterprise Identity Governance and Administration solutions utilizing SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC).
- Design, build and deploy scalable identity lifecycle management processes including Joiner, Mover, Leaver (JML), access requests, certifications, role management, and policy enforcement.
- Design and develop SailPoint ISC integrations with cloud platforms, SaaS applications, HR systems, directories, and enterprise applications.
