Position Summary

Configure and customize Vault CRM to deliver the agreed technical design. Build high-quality, tested, and documented functionality on the Vault Platform as part of the India delivery pod under the guidance of the Vault CRM Technical Lead.

Job Responsibilities

• Configure Vault CRM objects, fields, lifecycles, workflows, page layouts, picklists, and security

• Develop Vault Java SDK code: record triggers, user-defined classes, actions, user-defined services, HTTP callouts

• Write VQL queries and use Vault REST APIs for integrations and data operations

• Implement Vault CRM features: MyInsights dashboards, CLM binders/presentations, Approved Email templates, Events configuration

• Build and maintain unit tests per Vault Java SDK testing framework

• Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and sprint ceremonies





• Document configuration and custom code

• Support defect triage, fix, and re-testing during SIT, UAT, and validation phases

• Deploy changes across Dev, QA, UAT, and Production using Vault Package Deployment

Education

Bachelor of Engineering
Master of Computer Application in Information Technology or Computer

Work Experience

0-5 years of relevant experience in a large/midsize IT services/Consulting/Analytics Company Business Operation & Technology
